A little appetizer for the next work to come!

More than ever Lavender becomes the decorative theme for weddings, the invitations and floral decorations. It's rich parfume reminds us of purity and is at the same time very romantic.

Not to talk about the elegant shape of the flower itself, which is making it one of my favorites in designing my paper-art. It's beautiful slender form and leaves decorated with delicate blossoms, combine elegance with genuineness.

Not to talk about it's colour...but that's coming soon!

Wedding Blessing - Medieval

This Wedding Blessing was created for a medieval wedding, meant to become an eyecatcher in the new home of the spouses.

Often, thinking about the medieval time, our immagination paints dark and colorless pictures of this period. While creating this wedding blessing, I studied several medieval manuscipts and I was fascinated by their vibrant colours and the golden accents, which I tried to come with also in this work.
